– the line is designed for applying tin coatings on a copper wire by the electrolytic method.
– the technological process consists of several stages: 1) paying off of the copper wire from the pay-off; 2) alkaline treatment followed by washing; 3) acid treatment (etching) followed by washing; 4) surface preparation for applying a tin layer; 5) electrolytic tinning; 6) washing in warm water; 7) drying; 8) winding of tinned wire in a container.

– coating of tin up to 30 microns thick on a copper wire with 1,0-1,8 mm diameter
